As the main blogger behind It’s About Time, I strive to provide Kronos users and workforce management leaders with relevant, technology insights and opinions. At Kronos for over 3 years, I lead product marketing strategy for all products related to scheduling and social collaboration.
My latest passion is researching, writing, and speaking about using technology to boost employee engagement. I am a firm believer the same technology that benefits the organization also leads to more satisfied employees.
After a stint managing the P&L at apartment communities (and all of the different personalities that went along with it), I turned to technology marketing and never looked back. Majoring in Sociology and Marketing at Boston College, I have always been interested in understanding what makes people tick. It makes perfect sense I have specialized in HCM, talent management, and workforce management for nearly 10 years.
On my time off, you’ll find me outside enjoying nature, getting entertained by my boxer Rondo, and enjoying live music of any kind!
